| 摘 要： | 中药四气五味理论是在阴阳五行哲学思想指导下,根据药物作用于机体后的生物学表现建立起来的药性核心理论,与药物的具体功效密不可分。本研究以经典中医学著作《神农本草经》中的365味中药性味及药效记载为数据源,在建立气-味-效三维数据立方体的基础上,运用关联规则挖掘中的Apriori算法,寻找气-味-效三者之间的频繁模式和强关联规则并进行分析,尝试理清中药四气五味与具体功效的复杂相关性,为中药四气五味药性理论研究提供新方法和新思路。
