住院精神病患者呼吸道感染因素分析与护理

目的:探讨住院精神病患者并发呼吸道感染相关因素分析与护理对策。方法:对60例精神病患者并发呼吸道感染相关因素进行综合分析,并采取做好清洁消毒隔离、加强生活护理、安全使用约束带、药物不良反应护理、健康宣教等护理对策。结果:发生呼吸道感染患者占年平均住院人数的13.23%。精神病患者并发呼吸道感染与住院病房环境及空气流通差、住院时间、生活能力、约束带交叉感染、服用抗精神病药物等有关。结论:通过呼吸道感染发生因素的分析,采取针对性的临床护理干预措施,对降低精神科患者呼吸道感染的院内发生有着重要意义。

Factor analysis and nursing care of respiratory tract infections of psychiatric inpatients

Objective：To investigate the related factors and nursing countermeasures of psychiatric inpatients with respiratory tract infections. Methods：For sixty psychiatric inpatients with respiratory tract infections, the related factors were comprehensively an-alyzed. The following nursing countermeasures were taken：taking good cleaning, disinfection and isolation;strengthening the life care;using safety restraint belt properly;taking care of adverse drug reactions;and giving health education, and so on. Results：Every year, an average 13. 23% of the inpatients suffered with respiratory tract infections. The related factors were：bad hospital ward environment and poor air circulation;duration of hospital stay;poor self-care ability of most of the psychiatric inpatients;cross-infection of safety restraint belt;taking antipsychotics and the like. Conclusions：Through the analysis of the factors for the psychiatric inpatients with re-spiratory tract infections and the implementation of the targeted clinical nursing measure, the occurrence of the psychiatric patients with respiratory tract infections is reduced significantly.
