| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨精神分裂症患者认知行为治疗前后认知功能是否有所改善。方法:随机将80例精神分裂症患者分为2组,治疗组患者(n=40)给予认知行为治疗;对照组患者(n=40)不予认知行为治疗。治疗观察为期6个月。患者在入组前和治疗6个月后,分别进行韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)评分;比较两组精神分裂症患者认知功能是否有所改善。结果:大部分分测验项目、言语智商、操作智商及智商总分等在患者治疗前后有显著性差异。结论:认知行为治疗对精神分裂症患者的认知功能障碍有改善作用。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study effects of cognitive-behavioral therapy on cognitive function in schizophrenia. Methods：A to-tal of 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into cognitive-behavioral therapy group （n=40） and control group （n=40）. Before and 6 months after the treatment, the influence on cognitive function were measured with Wechsler adult intelligence scale-revised in China （WAIS-RC） and compared between the two groups. Results： There were significant differences in most test items,verbal intelligence quotient, performance intelligence quotient, and full-scale intelligence quotient before and after the treatment. Con-clusions： The cognitive-behavioral therapy can improve schizophrenia＇s cognitive function. |
