氟伏沙明合并喹硫平治疗具有强迫症状的精神分裂症对照研究

目的:探讨喹硫平合并氟伏沙明治疗具有强迫症状精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:将97例强迫症状精神分裂症患者随机分成两组,研究组用氟伏沙明合并喹硫平治疗,对照组单用喹硫平治疗,治疗8周,采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、耶鲁-布朗强迫症严重程度量表(Y-BOCS)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应,用x2检验和t检验对照分析。结果:两组强迫症状精神分裂症患者PANSS评分与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组Y-BOCS评分2、4、8周末与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);对照组Y-BOCS评分2周末与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),4、8周末与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组喹硫平剂量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:氟伏沙明联合喹硫平治疗伴有强迫症状精神分裂症患者疗效显著,优于单用喹硫平治疗,且降低喹硫平使用剂量,安全性高。

Control study of fluvoxamine combined with quetiapine in treatment of obsessive-compulsive symptoms for patients with schizophrenia

Objective：To discuss clinical curative effect of quetiapine combined with fluvoxamine in treatment of obsessivecompulsivesymptoms for patients with schizophrenia. Methods：97 schizophrenic patients with obsessive compulsive symptoms wererandomly divided into study group （treated by fluvoxamine combined with quetiapine for 8 weeks） and control group （only treated byquetiapine for 8 weeks）. The effects and adverse reactions were assessed by using positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS）,Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive severity scale （Y-BOCS）and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. The contrast analysiswere performed by using Chi-square test and T-test. Results： The differences of the PANSS scores of the two groups before and afterthe treatment had the statistical significance （P〈0. 001）. The Y-BOCS scores of study group before and 2, 4, and 8 weeks after thetreatment were statistically different （P〈0. 001）. The difference of the quetiapine dosage between the two groups had the statistical sig-nificance （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： Quetiapine combined with fluvoxamine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive symptoms for thepatients with schizophrenia is obvious in the curative effect and safe than single quetiapine, moreover, it can reduce the quetiapine dos-age.
