| 摘 要： | 目的：研究乳腺癌患者的心身症状、应对方式及护理对策。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和医学应对方式调查表（MCMQ）分别评定54例乳腺癌患者的心身症状和应对方式，并提出护理对策。结果：SCL-90测定结果显示54例患者心身症状与肿瘤临床病理分期无关，但与应对方式中的“回避”呈负相关，与“屈服”呈正相关。结论：“回避”有助于减轻患者的心身症状，在临床护理中应多使用回避的护理策略。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the psychosomatic situation of breast cancer patients, coping modes and nursing measures. Methods: The 54 patients' psychosomatic symptoms and coping modes were assessed by symptom checklist (SCL-90) and medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ) respectively, and corresponding nursing measures were made up. Results: There was no significant correlation between the tumors clinical/histological stages and the psychosomatic symptoms of the patients. But the latter was positively correlated to the acceptance resignation coping mode and negatively to the avoidance coping mode. Conclusion: The coping mode of avoidance was helpful for the patients to relieve their psychosomatic symptoms. Some nursing strategies related to avoidance should be explored during the clinical nursing cares for the patients. |
