氟中毒大鼠肝脏超微结构观察

摘    要:目的 研究氟对大鼠肝脏超微结构的影响。方法 在饮水中加入不同剂量的氟化钠(0、50、100和150mg/L)喂词大鼠3个月后,透射电镜下观察肝脏超微结构的改变。结果 染氟各组大鼠肝组织超微结构发生改变,表现为肝细胞线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂或消失;内质网呈片层状;染色质边集于核膜下;胞质内多见白色脂滴。结论 氟损伤亚细胞膜性结构和DNA,造成肝脏损伤。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of fluoride on uhrastructure in the liver of fluorosis rats. Methods Rats were given various concentration of sodium fluoride in drinking water for three months. Uhrastruture changes were observed under TEM, Results The ultrastructure changes included swollen mitochondria, enlargement of endoplasmic reticulum, condensation and margination of chromatin as well as lipid droplet in cytoplasm. Conclusions Fluoride induced lesion in subcellular membranous structure and DNA.
