复方利巴韦林涂膜剂的研制及临床应用

 目的：加入适当促透剂，研制广谱抗病毒药利巴韦林的透皮制剂，并进行临床疗效观察。方法：采用比色法测定利巴韦林的含量，离体鼠皮进行体外透皮试验。结果：薄荷脑和尿素对利巴韦林有非常显著的促进透皮吸收作用(P＜0.01)。并筛选出薄荷脑和尿素的最佳浓度分别为2.5%和3%。通过60例带状疱疹病人的临床应用，总有效率为96.7%。结论：复方利巴韦林涂膜剂是治疗带状疱疹的较理想制剂。

Compound ribavirin paint:preparation and application

The transdermal preparations of ribavirin were studied and made by adding the proper enhancer,and its therapeutic results were observed.METHODS:Colorimetry was applied to determine ribavirin in the paint.The percutaneous absorption experiment of ribavirin was done with excised rat skin.RESULTS:Menthol and urea markedly enhanced the percutaneous absorption of ribavirin(P<0.01).The best concentration of menthol and urea was 2.5%and 3%respectively. The total effective rate was 96.7%in 60 cases of harpes zoster.CONCLUSION:Compound ribavirin paint was an acceptable preparation to cure harpes zoster.
