| 摘 要： | 目的；探讨临床正畸、正颌外科技术联合矫治成人骨性双颌前突症的疗效。方法：选择成人骨性双颌前突患者16例，制定正畸、正颌共同矫治方案，先进行术前正畸矫治，然后行正颌外科手术，手术采用上下颌去除第一前磨牙牙骨块，尖牙区根尖下截骨后整体后退。颌间牵引固定2个月，术后进行必要的正畸治疗，调整牙齿尖窝关系。结果：手术后面形凸度明显改善，SNA、SNB角明显减小，术后患者软组织唇突点均位于美容线附近。所有的患者均对治疗结果表示满意。结论：正畸、正颌技术联合矫治成人骨性双颌前突，是一种疗效显著、患者满意的临床治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Evaluate to treat adult skeletal bim axillary by orthodontists and surge ons.Methods:16cases with skeletal bi-maxillary were treated.It is necessary for orthodontic treatment before surgery.Then they have been made op eration that the first pre-molars and its surrounding tissues were completely removed and the whole anterior part was cut down and drifte d backward.It has been fixed by inter -maxillary elastics f or 2months.Finally,the intercuspi ds were adjusted by orthodontic trea tment.Results:It is signifi-cantly improved for the profile of ca ses.The angles of SNA and SNB were gre atly decreased.Upper and lower lip q uoins were near the lines of esthetics.It is satisfacto ry for all cases getting good results.Conclusions :It is successful treatment for orthodontists cooperation with surgeons and satifactory for all adult skeletal bimaxillary cases.[ |
