摘    要:目的:研究王老吉凉茶对拘束负荷诱发小鼠脂代谢机能低下及体内过氧化状态的影响。方法:实验将雌性小鼠分为正常对照组、应激对照组、125mg·kg-1人参皂苷对照组、125mg·kg-1及500mg·kg-1王老吉凉茶给药组,连续给药5d后拘束负荷20h,尾静脉注射10%脂肪乳剂(Intralipids?)40min后检测血脂消除能力、肠系膜脂肪酶活性,同时测定血浆过氧化状态及抗氧化能力。结果:与应激对照组相比,王老吉凉茶明显增加应激小鼠血浆甘油三酯消除速率及肠系膜脂肪组织中脂肪酶活性。此外,王老吉凉茶有效改善拘束负荷升高的血浆脂质过氧化反应产物丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高体内抗氧化能力指数(ORAC)水平。结论:王老吉凉茶改善拘束负荷诱发小鼠脂代谢机能低下,其作用机制可能与缓解机体内的过氧化状态有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Wang Laoji Liangcha(WLJ) on plasma lipids metabolism and oxidative situation in restraint mice.Methods:The female mice were randomly divided into normal control group,stress control group,positive control groupe,two WLJ groups(125 mg·kg-1 and 500 mg·kg-1).After intravenously injected Intralipids into the 20 h restrained mice,the content of plasma lipid and lipoprotein lipase(LPL) activity were determined.The oxidative situation and antioxidtive capacity of plasma were measured.Results:Compared with the control groups,WLJ accelerated the basic metabolism of plasma lipids,improved the lipoprotein lipase(LPL) activity in restraint mice.And it also decreased the level of MDA and increased the antioxidant capacity of plasma(ORAC).Conclusion:WLJ improves the lipid metabolic dysfunction in restraint mice,and the mechanism might be related to the amelioration of oxidative situation in plasma.
