心理干预对成人牙髓炎患者牙科焦虑症的影响

目的探讨心理干预对成人牙髓炎患者牙科焦虑症(dental anxiety,DA)治疗的影响作用。方法采用Corah口腔焦虑测量量表(dental anxiety scale,DAS)问卷对门诊就诊牙髓炎患者进行牙科焦虑调查,筛选出伴焦虑者154例随机分为两组分别进行心理干预治疗和一般治疗,并对数据进行统计分析。结果心理干预治疗组与对照组相比DA分值明显降低,病人无论在完成第一次治疗还是复诊情况均优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前后畏惧程度评价结果显示,经过心理干预各型畏惧程度减小而对照组畏惧程度加重。心理干预组治疗后DA分值减小的人数在各型中所占比例明显高,而对照组升高的和不变的比例高。结论心理干预治疗对DA患者治疗有显著效果。

Influence of mental intervention on dental anxiety in adult with pulpitis

Objective To investigate the significance of mental intervention therapy on dental anxiety in adult with pulpitis. Methods The Coarh's questionnaire was used to survey the adult patients with pulpitis.All 154 patients whose score of DA were exceeded 13 were screened,and divided into two groups randomly.The therapy of mental intervention and general treatment were carried on two groups respectively.The collected data were analyzed by software SPSS 10.0.Results The effect on patients of therapic group significantly surpassed.The control group either by the first visit or further consultation(P<0.01).The scores of each type of patients in therapic group were diminished while the scores in control group were hightened.(P<0.01).The ratio of patients with lower scores was high in therapic group,while the ratio of patients with higher scores was high in the control group.Conclusion Mental intervention therapy shows a significant effect on dental anxiety.
