外科术后并发下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素及预防

目的探讨外科术后并发下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素及预防。方法回顾性分析保定市第二医院近5年来52例外科术后患者临床资料,分析临床因素与术后下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）的相关性。结果经双下肢血管彩超检查,52例外科术后患者有17例发现DVT,DVT发生率32.7%,DVT患者中无症状者占47.1%（8/17）;高龄、女性、肥胖、TG和CHOL升高、患高血压和糖尿病的患者发生DVT的风险高;多因素Logistic回归分析表明：年龄≥60岁、高血压和TG水平高是外科术后患者DVT发生的重要危险因素。结论下肢深静脉血栓形成是一种多因素疾病,外科医生应高度重视,积极预防。

Study on prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after surgical operation

Objective To discuss the way to prevent the lower extremity DVT after surgical opearation.Methods Based on the information and data of 52 cases of surgical opearations in the past 5 years,the relevance between clinical factors and lower extremity DVT was analyzed.Results After both lower extremities vascular ultrasound examination,17 patients were found with DVT from total 52 cases.The incidence rate was about 32.7%.In the 17 cases,47.1%（8/17）of them did not have any clincical symptom.In addition,the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that,elder people 9 （age≥60）hypertension and high TG levels were the major factors for DVT.Conclusion The elements of old,female,fat,TG and CHOL,hypertension and diabetes patients have a high risk of DVT.Furthermore,people who are age≥60,and had hypertension and high TG levels have more risk with the DVT after the surgical operation.Lower extremity DVT is a multi-factor disease,the surgeon should attach great importance to it.
