EDTA—K2抗凝剂致假性血小板减少的探讨

目的探讨EDTA—K2抗凝剂对假性血小板减少的影响并探讨其解决方法。方法用不同的检测方法对怀疑由于EDTA—K2抗凝剂致假性血小板减少标本进行测定，并以血小板计数手工法为参考方法，比较不同方法有无显著差异。结果怀疑对EDTA—K2抗凝剂敏感标本，在以EDTA—K2抗凝的血标本中血小板计数可随时间延长而明显减少（P〈0．005）；在枸橼酸钠抗凝血、末梢血中血小板计数未见明显减少（P〉0．005）。结论血小板在体外在（EDTA—K2）抗凝时，明显簇集者不常见，但一旦发生，则可引起PLT明显减少。可用末梢血或橼酸钠抗凝血代替。

Investigation of Pseudothrombocytopenia(PTCP)Caused by Using EDTA-K2 Decoagulant

Objective To investigate the effect of EDTA-K2 decoagulant in inducing PTCP and the.Methods to deal with.method Different testing methods had been used to test the PTCP samples which were suspected induced by using EDTA-K2 decoagulant,and used manual blood platelets count method as control.the two methods had been compared for a significant difference.Results The blood platelets count(BPC)in the samples which were suspected sensitive to EDTA-K2 and used EDTA-K2 for anticoagulating blood were obviously decreased following the time(P<0.05),but the BPC in the samples used natrium citricum for anticoagulating blood were not obviously decreased(P>0.05).Conclusion The PLT that was obviously clustered using EDTA-K2 for anticoagulating blood was not common out-of-body,but if it was happened,it could cause obviously decreased of PLT.and using peripheral blood or natrium citricum anticoagulating can instead of it.
