| 摘 要： | 呼吸衰竭是慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的常见并发症,历代中医文献已有述及,但多从证候描述,归属"肺胀"、"痰饮"、"咳喘"、"心悸"、"喘脱"、"喘厥"等门.其病因多为久病肺虚,痰瘀潴留,复感外邪,诱其发作或加剧.病机多为痰浊水饮与血瘀互扰而酿本病.由于其病死率高,因此提高疗效已成为研究的焦点.近年来,随着中医药治疗急症研究的深入,对该病的研究也取得了一定的进展.
