摘    要: 目的 研究植物雅龙果的化学成分。方法 利用多种柱色谱进行分离,通过理化性质和光谱数据确定化合物结构。结 果 得到5个植物多酚类化合物:异槲皮苷(Ⅰ),芦丁(Ⅱ),咖啡酸(Ⅲ),氯原酸(Ⅳ),槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)和2个 植物甾醇类化合物:β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ-Ⅶ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constitutes of Smallanthus sonchifolius Poepp.& Endl..METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatography. The structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data respectively. RESULTS Seven compounds were elucidated as isoquercitrin (Ⅰ) , lutin(Ⅱ),caffeic acid(Ⅲ) , chlorogenic acid(Ⅳ) , quercetin-7-0-β-D-glycoside (Ⅴ),β-sitosterol(Ⅵ) , dausterol (Ⅶ) . CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅴ-Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
