微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床研究

摘    要:
目的探讨微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法高血压脑出血患者62例,随机分为对照组及微创组。对照组予以内科保守治疗,微创组予以微创颅内血肿清除术治疗,观察并比较2组间的疗效。结果微创组在有效率、病死率以及神经功能恢复方面均明显优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血是一种较好的治疗方法,能明显减少患者的致残率、病死率,并能有效改善患者的神经功能缺损程度。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the micro-invasive surgical therapy for intracranial hematoma in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 62 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated in our hospital from October 2004 to July 2006.They were randomly divided into a control group to receive routine conservative therapy,and a test group to receive micro-invasive surgical therapy.Close observation was practiced to compare the curative effects between the two groups.Results The micro-invasive surgical therapy was evidently superior to the conservative one in terms of efective rate,death rate and nerve functions recovery(P<0.01).Conclusion The micro-invasive surgical therapy is a good option for intracranial hematoma in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.It can reduce the morbidity and mortality and facilitate the recovery of neural functions considerably.
