| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨直肠内脱垂（IRP）的病因和手术方式，方法：对32例直肠内脱垂的患者采用直肠黏膜纵行缝叠加消痔灵注射术。结果；治愈22例，占69％；显效8例，占25％；无效2例，占6％，总有效率为94％。结论：该术式操作简单，费用低，疗效满意，还对术前和术后应注意的问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the etiology and measures of surgical therapy of internal rectal prolapse. Methods: Operations of rectal mucosa longitudinal terrace suture plus Xiaozhiling injections were done 32 cases with internal rectal prolapse. Results: The operations completely cured 22 cases (69%), showed marked effect in 8 cases(25%), and showed no effect in 2 cases(6%). The total effective rate reached 94%. Conclusion: This surgical method reveals to be simple, reliable and economical. The therapeutic effects were satisfactory. |
