c-myc在肾癌细胞中的表达分布及临床意义

摘    要:目的:阐明c-cyc表达在肾病发生、发展中的作用及其临床意义。方法:利用免疫组化ABC法结合微波抗原修复和流式细胞技术,对c-myc蛋白在52例肾癌组织及14例癌旁正常肾组织中的表达,进行了定性、定量的测定。结果:肾癌中c-myc蛋白的阳性率和阳性细胞率为76.92%和65.45%±29.19%,高于正常肾的14.29%和8.59%±3.66%(P<0.005)。c-myc在肾癌中55.77%分布于胞浆,21.15%分布于胞核,在正常肾全部分布于胞核。其胸浆表达在病理分级G2G3级高于G1级(χ=9.244,P<0.05);在临床分期T3、T4期高于T1、T2期(P<0.01)。结论:c-myc的胞浆表达促进肾癌的发生、发展,并与恶性程度、临床分期有关,是预后不良的重要指征。

Abstract:Objective:To show the effeCt of c-myc protein on the onset and development of renal cell carcinoma and clincal progress. Methods: We have detected expression Of c-myc protein qualitatively and quantita-.tively in normal tissue Of 14 cases and in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) of 52 cases,using irnmunohistochendcaltechnique,cytofluometry and c ytoi tnmu nofl uoresc e nce. Res ul is: Nor mal t issu e showed stain lug only of some uclei while RCC staining varied from predondnantly nuclear to focal or pancytoplasrna. POSitive rate and poSitivecell rate of c-myc protein were 76. 92 % and 65. 45129. 19 % respeCtively in RCC,they were significantly higher than that (14. 29% and 8. 5913. 66%) of the normal tissue (P<0' 05). CytOPlasndc eXPreSSion of c-mycwas related to high pathological grade (x2-9. 244,P<0' 005) and high clinical stage (P<0' 001). Conclusion:CytOPlashac expression of c--abc aught play important role in the pathogenesis and was helpful in the evaluationof progenosis of patients with RCC.
