一次性静脉输液针在婴儿吸痰中的应用

摘    要:[目的]观察一次性静脉输液针在婴儿吸痰中的效果。[方法]将360例需要吸痰患儿随机分成两组,对照组178例采用常规吸痰法,试验组182例采用一次性静脉输液针吸痰,对比吸痰前后的血氧饱和度、鼻黏膜损伤例数、阻塞堵管例数。[结果]对照组吸痰后有效311次,无效78次,试验组有效384次,无效17次;两组有效率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=42.22,P〈0.05)。[结论]婴儿肺炎在常规治疗基础上用一次性静脉输液针吸痰效果优于常规吸痰方法,可缩短婴儿肺炎的病程。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the disposable venous infusion needle in aspiration of sputum for infants. Methods: A total of 360 infants needing sputum aspiration were randomly divided into two groups. Totally 178 cases in control group had accepted routine way of sputum aspiration. The other 182 cases in test group had received new way of sputum aspiration. The concentration of oxygen saturation, numbers of cases with nasal mucosa injury, the number of tube obstruction blocking before and after suction of the two group cases were compared by chi square test. Results: Totally 311 cases times in control group were effective, and 76 cases times were invalid. In test group,364 cases times were valid and only 17 ca,;es times of sputum aspiration were invalid. There was statistical significant difference in terms of curative effect between the two groups (x^2= 42.22,P〈0.05). Conclusion: The new way of aspiration of sputum based on the routine treatment for infants with pneumonia is superior to the traditional way of suction. It can shorten the course of pneumonia infants. And the curative effect is exact. It should be extended as aspiration of sputum.
