摘    要:[目的]了解护理本科实习生实施健康教育的能力及相关影响因素并进行分析。[方法]采用自编问卷调查了中山大学护理学院2003级29名本科实习护生。问卷设32个问题,包括护生对健康教育的认识程度、健康教育能力自评、实施健康教育情况的调查及影响健康教育的因素调查。[结果]护理本科生能较好地在临床中实施健康教育,但观察能力、分配时间能力及护理整体性等方面仍有不足。[结论]强化护生的健康教育意识,培养护生健康教育的技巧,学校加设健康教育的相关课程。

A survey and evaluation on health education ability of college student nurses

Abstract:Objective:To know about the ability of carrying health education of college student nurses and related influencing factors, and to analyze these factors. Methods: A total of 29 student nurses of 2003 grade from nursing college of Zhongshan university were investigated by filling out self - designed questionnaire,which included 32 questions, referring to 4 aspects: the cognition of student nurses on health education, self - evaluation of the health education ability of student nurses,investigation on health education condition and influencing factors of health education. Results: College nursing students can carry out health education in clinic better, but they were short of observation ability, time allocation ability and holistic nursing. Conclusion: Nursing colleges should enrich health education consciousness of student nurses, and cultivate the skill of health education, and should set up related courses on health education for them.
