甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效分析

目的观察甲钴胺（商品名：甲钴胺）治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予注射用甲钴胺1nag加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注（避光）,每天1次;对照组给予丹参注射液混合液250ml静脉滴注,每天1次,2组均连用14d为1个疗程,使用2个疗程。分别测定2组治疗前后患侧腓总神经、胫神经运动传导速度和感觉传导速度以及Hoffinan（H-反射）。结果治疗组患侧腓总神经、胫神经运动传导速度和感觉传导速度高于治疗前,H-反射低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,对照组治疗后较治疗前无明显改善（P〉0．05）,2组治疗后各观察指标比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论甲钴胺对DPN有良好的治疗效果。

Observation of the effect of methylcobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe the effect of methylcobalamin for diabetic periferal neuropathy（DPU）. Methods 80 patients with DPU were randomly divided into treament group and control group,40 cases of each. The treatment group was given methylcobalamin injection 1 mg intravenous drip once a day,while patients in the control group was given danshen injection 250ml intravenous drip once a day. Continued 14 days for a course of treatment,and used for two courses. The nerve conductive velocity（NVC） of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve were examined pre and post treatment, as well as hoffman reflex. Results After treatment for 4 weeks, there was a significant difference in MCV ,SCV and hoffinan between pre and post treatment in the treatment group,The differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while no difference in the control group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was significant difference between the indicators of two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Methylcobalamin has good therapeutic effect in treating diabetic periferal neuropathy.
