微生态制剂联合维生素B2治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床观察及护理

目的]探讨微生态制剂联合维生素B2治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻（AAD）的临床效果及其护理措施。方法]将68例抗生素相关性腹泻患儿随机分为两组,两组患儿常规治疗、护理相同,观察组在此基础上加用思连康、维生素B2。结果]观察组总有效率89.4%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论]对抗生素的使用应严格掌握适应证,应用微生态制剂、维生素B2可提高AAD治愈率。

Clinical observation and nursing care of infants with antibiotic-associated diarrhea treated with micro-ecology preparation in combination with vitamin B_2

Objective：To probe into the clinical effect of micro - ecology preparation in combination with vitamin B2 to treat infants with antibiotic- associated diarrhea and its nursing strategies. Methods：A total of 68 infants with antibiotic - associated diarrhea were randomly divided into control and test group. Traditional treatment and nursing Care were given to both group cases. Besides, Siliankang （containing Bacillus bifidus, lactobacillus, and enterococcus） and vitamin B2 were added to test group patients. Results：The total effective rate of test group patients was 89.4% ,and was 66.7% in control group. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：One should grasp the indications of using antibiotics strictly, and giving microecology preparation in combination with vitamin B2 can enhance the healing rate of antibiotic - associated diarrhea for patients.
