tTG在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与微血管密度和细胞增殖的关系

摘    要:目的探讨组织型转谷氨酰胺酶(tTG)、微血管密度(MVD)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)与脑胶质瘤病理分级的关系,分析tTG与MVD和PCNA的相关性。方法应用免疫组化方法检测55例脑胶质瘤和10例正常脑组织标本中tTG、PCNA的表达与MVD。结果随着脑胶质瘤病理级别的升高,tTG、MVD及PCNA的表达率逐渐升高,各级之间有显著差异。tTG的表达与MVD及PCNA的表达均呈正相关。结论①tTG蛋白的高表达可能有助于脑胶质瘤的血管形成和生长及促进肿瘤细胞的增殖。②tTG,MVD和PCNA可作为评价脑胶质瘤病理生物学行为的客观指标,联合检测能更准确反映脑胶质瘤的病理特征,对病人预后判断也有一定的价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the grade of glioma and the expression of tTG,PCNA and MVD,and to analyze the correlation between the expression of tTG and MVD and the expression of PCNA.Methods Immunohistoche-mical techniques were used to detect the expression of tTG,PCNA and MVD in 55 cases of human gliomas and 10 cases of normal brain tissues.Results The expressions of tTG,PCNA and MVD increased with the increase of grades of glioma.The expression of tTG was positively correlated to MVD and to the expression of PCNA.Conclusion The overexpression of tTG may contribute to angiogenesis of brain glioma and reflect the proliferating activity of the tumor cell in brain glioma.Detection of tTG,PCNA expression and MVD can be used as indexes for evaluating the pathological grades and biological behavior of glioma.United detection can increase accuracy of glioma malignancy.It can be of some value in judging patients' prognosis.
