浅析我院药品实时盘点模式的设计思路及操作方法

目的:加强药品盘点管理,提高药品管理水平。方法:依托医院信息系统,建立药品实时盘点模式,并对其准确性的影响因素和盘点盈亏原因进行分析。结果与结论:该模式主要功能包括药品筛选功能、自动结算功能、动态盘点功能等。影响药品实时盘点准确性的因素包括药品信息的维护、申请单的处理、患者处方的核发等,盘点盈亏原因主要分为人为因素、药品因素、计算机因素、管理因素等。该模式的应用大大提高了工作效率,使药品管理更加人性化、科学化、数据化、系统化。

On Design Idea and Operation Methods of Real-time Drug Checking Model in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To improve the drug checking management and to upgrade the drug management of pharmacy. METHODS:With the hospital information system,the real-time drug checking model was set up. The influencing factors of accuracy of model and the reason for profit and loss were analyzed.
