| 摘 要： | 目的:用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法对山芝麻挥发油进行化学成分的分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从山芝麻中提取挥发油,用GC-MS联用法对化学成分进行鉴定,采用峰面积归一法测定其含量。结果:共鉴定了81个成分,占挥发油总成分的76.52%;主要为单萜烯类、倍半萜烯类及其含氧衍生物和脂肪族化合物等。结论:本方法稳定、可靠,重现性好,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To analyze the chemical components of volatile oil from Helicteres angustifolia by GC-MS.METHODS:The volatile oil was extracted from H.angustifolia by steam distillation.The chemical components of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS,the content of chemical components from volatile oil were determined by normalization method.RESULTS:There were 81 chemical components,accounting for 76.52% of total volatile oil.Main chemical components were monoterpenes,sesquiterpenes and their oxygenated derivativ... |
