| 摘 要： | 目的:系统评价复方苦参注射液辅助化疗治疗肺癌的有效性。方法:计算机检索中国学术期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据资源系统和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)。按纳入与排除标准选择文献,对纳入研究的方法学质量进行评价,提取资料后采用RevMan4.2软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入23篇文献,1750例患者。Meta分析结果显示,复方苦参注射液辅助化疗治疗肺癌的近期疗效优于单纯化疗[OR=1.68,95%C(I1.38,2.04),P<0.0001];对患者起到一定的疼痛缓解作用[OR=2.26,95%C(I1.61,4.27),P<0.0001];能明显提高患者的生存质量[OR=2.69,95%C(I1.97,3.68),P<0.00001]以及患者对化疗毒副反应的耐受性。结论:复方苦参注射液辅助化疗治疗肺癌能显著提高近期疗效,缓解患者疼痛,提高患者的生存质量以及患者对化疗毒副反应的耐受性。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of adjuvant therapy of compound Sophora flavescens injection in the treatment of lung cancer. METHODS: Relevant literatures were retrieved from CNKI, SWIC, Wanfang database and CBMdisc. Literatures were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.
