| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院抗精神病药的应用情况及趋势。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2008-2010年抗精神病药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:我院抗精神病药的年销售金额及DDDs均呈逐年上升趋势。各年度销售金额排序列前3位的均是喹硫平、利培酮、奥氮平,喹硫平的DDDs值一直列第1位。结论:我院抗精神病药应用合理,其中非典型抗精神病药具有广阔的市场前景。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the status quo and tendency of antipsychotic drugs in our hospital. METHODS: By retrospective study, the utilization of antipsychotic drugs in our hospital during 2008-2010 was analyzed in respect of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. RESULTS:Annual consumption sum and DDDs of antipsychotic drugs showed an increased trend in our hospital during 2008-2010. Quetiapine, risperidone, olanzapine took up the top 3 place of consumption sum. DDDs of quetiapine always occupied the first place. CON... |
