血清超敏肌钙蛋白T在急性冠状动脉综合征患者病变严重程度和短期预后评估中的价值

目的检测急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血清中超敏肌钙蛋白T（hs-TnT）表达的变化,并探讨其与患者病变严重程度以及不良心血管事件的关系。方法收集我院心内科2011年6月～2012年6月收治的ACS患者96例,另取我院体检中心健康体检者30例为正常对照组。超声检测动脉粥样硬化病变的性质,血清hs-TnT使用化学发光法检测。结果 ACS患者hs-TnT的表达水平为（31.57±5.29）pg/mL显著高于对照组的（7.44±1.62）pg/mL（P〈0.01）。hs-TnT的表达在冠脉粥样斑块稳定组和不稳定组分别为（27.36±4.73）pg/mL和（36.14±5.81）pg/mL,两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。正常hs-TnT组不良心血管事件的发生率为11.4%,显著低于高hs-TnT组的30.8%（P〈0.05）。结论 Hs-TnT表达的升高是ACS患者冠脉病变的一个危险因素,可用于冠脉病变的评估和短期心血管不良事件的监控。

The value of hs -TnT in acute coronary syndrome patients severity and short-term prognosis evaluation

Objective To investigate the clinical pathology significance of high-sensitivity troponin T（hs-TnT） in acute coronary syndrome（ACS） patients and explore the relationship between hs-TnT and adverse cardiovascular events.Methods A total of 96 cases of ACS patients were enrolled in this study.Another 30 healthy cases were chosen as normal control.The coronary angiography was scaned by ultrasonography.The levels of serum hs-TnT was measured with chemiluminescence assay.Results The levels of serum hs-TnT in ACS patients were（31.57±5.29） pg/mL,which was higher than that of（7.44±1.62） pg/mL in control group（P〈0.01）.The levels of serum hs-TnT in stable plaque and unstable plaque group were（27.36±4.73） and（36.14±5.81） pg/mL,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was 11.4% in normal hs-TnT group,which was higher than that of 30.8% in high hs-TnT group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The high-level expression of hs-TnT plays a importent role in the development of ACS.The detection of serum hs-TnT could be used to predict the extent of coronary atherosclerosis and monitore adverse cardiovascular events in ACS patients.
