博湖县结防科2011~2012年活动性肺结核患病情况分析

摘    要:
目的探索活动性肺结核患者来源途径,提高患者发现率。方法选择博湖县结防科2011~2012年初诊患者登记本、结核患者登记本及中国疾病监测信息报告系统的患者资料进行分析。结果 2011年活动性肺结核患者不同来源所占的比例依次为因症推荐80.0%、转诊20.0%。2012年活动性肺结核患者不同来源所占的比例依次为因症推荐90.3%、转诊9.7%。结论加强结核病健康教育,乡镇医、村医及个体医生因症推荐是发现活动性肺结核患者的主要途径;加强医防合作,转诊疑似患者,是发现患者的重要途径。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the source and route of transmission from active tuberculosis patients,to find effec tive ways to increase discovery rate of active tuberculosis patients.Methods To use the check-in book of new patients and tuberculosis patients of Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Department in Bohu County from 2011 to 2012 as well as the file of patients of China Disease Monitoring Information Reporting System to analysis.Result The proportion of the different source of active tuberculosis patients are 80.0% for recommendation based on symptom and 20.0% for referral in 2011;the proportion of the different source of active tuberculosis patients are 90.3% for recommendation and 9.7% for referral in 2012.Conclusion Strengthen the education of tuberculosis,enhance the recommendations based on symptom from doctors form villages and towns and individual physicians are the main routes to find active tuberculosis patients;improve cooperation of medical service and prevention and referral rate are important ways to find the patients.
