电化学传感技术在医药研究中的应用

摘    要:
随着电分析技术的发展,电化学传感技术越来越成为生命科学、临床诊断和药学研究的重要手段之一。本文主要介绍了电化学传感器、DNA生物传感器、酶生物传感器、免疫生物传感器的基本概念、原理,以及各种传感器在生命医学、药学和传统医学领域的研究进展和应用状况。

Abstract:
With the development of electrochemical technology, electrochemical sensor technology is increasingly becoming one of important methods in life science, clinical diagnosis and pharmaceutical analysis. This review mainly accounts for the basic conception and principle of electrochemical sensor, DNA biosensor, enzyme biosensor and immunity biosensor. By the way, the advance and the application of those sensors are recommended in the fields of life science, pharmaceutical analysis and traditional Chinese medicine.
