| 摘 要： | 报告１９９１年１月至１９９５年１１月期间１５例风湿性瓣膜病合并冠心病病人瓣膜替换及冠脉桥术（ＣＡＢＧ）的体会。手术均在低温体外循环下进行。其中二尖瓣替换＋ＣＡＢＧ６例，主动脉瓣替换＋ＣＡＢＧ６例、双瓣替换＋ＣＡＢＧ３例，术后死亡３例，其余治愈出院，作者强调了术前明确诊断的重要性，并就冠脉搭桥、心肌保护、主动脉气囊反搏（ＩＡＢＰ）及药物的应用加以讨论。

| Abstract: | Aim:To evaluate the outcome of combined valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Method:From 1991 to 1995,fifteen patients with rheumatic valvular disease associated with coronary heart disease received cardiac surgery.CABG recovered was performed in all 15 patients at the time of valve replacement,which included mitral valve replacement in 6,aortic valve replacement in 6 and double valve replacement in 3.Result:3 patients died within 30 days of operation.Twelve survivors recovered with improved heart function.Conclusion:Coronary heart disease misdiagnosed before operation is correlated to the high mortality rate.Coronary angiography should be carried out routinely in patients with valvular heart disease,especially in those patients over 50 years old. |
