| 摘 要： | 目的总结胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析60例胫骨平台骨折采用Schatzker分类法进行分类，并分别使用解剖钢板、螺丝钉、空心钉等行切开复位内固定治疗，并对膝关节功能进行评定。结果60例骨折中，按Sehatzker分类：Ⅰ型9例，Ⅱ型10例，Ⅲ型11例，Ⅳ型15例，Ⅴ型9倒，Ⅵ型6例。随访时间6～j8（平均14）个月，膝关节功能恢复按Merchant标准，优50例，良6例，可3例，差1例。优良率93．3％。结论骨折分型准确、手术适应证选择得当，内固定物的合理使用及正规的手术操作是胫骨平台骨折治疗获得良好手术结果的关键.
