检测幽门螺杆菌感染几种方法的比较

本文对９５例因上消化道症状行内镜检查患者的胃粘膜组织进行幽门螺杆菌检查。细菌培养、尿素酶试验、直接涂片、ＨＥ染色、Ｇｉｅｍｓａ染色及改良Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ－Ｓｔａｒｒｙ银染检出率分别为６３．２％、６９．５％、６０．１％、５８．９％、７１．６％、７４．７％。结果表明改良Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ－Ｓｔａｒｒｙ银染检出率最高，ＨＥ染色最低，二者比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），尿素酶试验及Ｇｉｅｍｓａ染敏感性及特异性均高，尿素酶试验结合直接涂片法有简单、快速、经济、敏感性及特异性高之优点。

Comparison of Several Methods for the Detection of Helicobacter Pylori Infection

In this paper,the detection of helicobacter pylori infection was performed on gastric mucosa obstained from biopsies of 95 patients undergoing endscopy for various upper gastrointestinal diseases.Helicobacter pylori infection was detected by methods including bacteria culture,urease test,direct smear,hematoxylin and eosin staining,Giemsa staining and modified Warthin-Starry staining,The positive valuse of the above methods was 63.2%,69.5%,60.1%,58.9%,71.6%,74.7%,respectively.The results showed that the modified Warthin-Starry stain was the most sensitive among the above methods,while hematoxylin and eossin staining showed the lowest positive value (P<0.05).Sensitivity and specificity of the urease test and Giemsa staining was the higher (P>0.05).Urease test combined with direct smear has an advatage in ease,lower cost,rapidity,sensitivity and sepcificity for the detection of Helicobacter pylori.
