| 摘 要： | 目的:观察阴虚证在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)过程中的发生、分布及演变规律。方法:选择CRF各期患者共202例,根据相关标准制定的临床观察表建立数据库,采用SPSS 11.5软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果:CRF阴虚证患者占总体比例41.1%,较集中在CRF分期中的前三期,大部分兼有血瘀证;其原发病多见于原发性肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病、良性小动脉性肾硬化症,合并高钾血症、高血压、肾性贫血的机率较高。结论:CRF阴虚证较常见,其在CRF发展过程中的发生、分布及演变与CRF的分期、原发病、并发症相关。
