全国第三次死因回顾抽样调查资料分析 Ⅲ:湖北省居民恶性肿瘤死亡特征

 目的　通过死因回顾调查了解湖北省恶性肿瘤死亡特点与分布。方法　应用相关分析软件,全 面分析湖北省城乡居民恶性肿瘤死亡的年龄、性别及地理分布。结果　湖北省居民恶性肿瘤死亡男性 高于女性,城市高于农村,死亡年龄40～75 岁为高峰期,中位年龄60 岁。结论　肝癌居湖北省居民恶 性肿瘤死亡首位,主要分布农村地区;肺癌则主要分布在城市地区。

Data Analysis of The Third National Retrospective Sampl ing Death Survey Ⅲ:Characteristics of Death of Malignant Tumors of Hubei Population

Objective 　To investigate the characteristics of mortality of malignant tumors and it s dist ribu2 tion among resident s in Hubei Province. Methods 　To analyse the age～ , sex～specific and the geography dist ribution of mortality of malignant tumors in Hubei Province with the software provided by Minist ry of Health of The People’s Republic of China. Results 　The mortality rate of malignant tumors for male was higher than it for female , the mortality of urban resident s was higher than it of rural resident s. The peak age of mortality rate was the 40～75 years , with a median age of 60 years. Conclusion 　Liver cancer was firstly ranked among all malignant tumors. It dist ributed mainly in rural areas. And lung cancer mainly located in urban areas.
