| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨四逆汤在治疗内科疑难杂症中的疗效。方法：以《伤寒论》＂脉微细,但欲寐＂为应用四逆汤的指征,治疗内科疑难杂症。结果：四逆汤治疗＂癫证＂、＂郁证＂等精神、情志病,临床症状可获缓解。结论：应用四逆汤治疗疑难杂症有广泛的应用前景,值得进一步探讨。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Si Ni decoction in the teatment ofinternal medicine.Methods：Use the article Shang han lun＂small pulse,only want to sleep＂as the apply indication to cure difficult problems in internal medicine.Results：Si Ni decoction could relieve the clinical symptoms of psychosis such as depressive psychosis,depression zheng and so on.Conclusion：There is great outlook in using the Si Ni decoction to cure difficult problems,and deserve to be approched more deeply. |
