中西医结合治疗异位妊娠临床研究

目的：观察米非司酮结合中药治疗未破裂型异位妊振的疗效和安全性。方法：将60例未破裂型异位妊娠分成两组，治疗组40例，用米非司酮加中药；对照组20例，单用中药。结果：治疗组成功率87．5％；对照组65．0％，有明显的差异（P〈0．05）。结论：采用米非司酮加中药保守治疗疗效肯定，方法安全，应用简便，副作用小，病人易接受，并可保留生育能力。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Ectoopic Pregnancy

Objective ： To explore the the efficacy and safety of herbal with mifepristone in treating unruptured type eetopic uteruses of vibration. Methods ： 60 cases unruptured type of ectopic pregnancy was divided into two groups ： treatment group 40 cases with medicine and 20 cases with Chinese traditional medicine. Results： the composition power 87.5%, control group 65.0% ,there has obvious difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect with traditional conservative mifepristone with chinese medicine has no side effects, and can be easily accepted.
