中药灌肠联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法：分析100例患者的临床特征,以中西医结合疗法治疗并随访观察90d-0.5a,对治疗前后症状、体征及B超改变进行了评估。结果：100例患者中治愈36例,显效32例,有效32例,无效0例,有效率100%。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效肯定,为目前该病首选治疗方案之一。

Clinical Observation of Western Medicine Enema Combined Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective：To observe the effect of combination traditional and western medicine in treating pelvic inflammation.Methods：Analysing the clinical feature of 100 patients,using combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy,and follow-up 3 months and 6 months of treatment,symptoms,signs and B-sonography change are evaluated.Results：36 patients cured,markedly effective 32 cases,32 cases effective,ineffective void.Conclusion：to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has the curative effect for the treatment of choice.
