| 摘 要： | 目的：比较中西医结合与单纯西医治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法：将147例患者依就诊先后顺序分为两组,两组均运用盐酸西替利嗪,治疗组加用消风散汤剂,疗程28d。结果：治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,且不良反应、复发率低于对照组。结论：中西医结合疗法是目前治疗慢性荨麻疹的较好选择。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of comparison of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods：47 patients in hospital sequence were divided into two groups,both groups using hydrochloric acid,treatment group use xiaofeng san.Results：Treatment group than in control group（P〈0.01） adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate was lower than those of the control group.Conclusion：Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for the treatment of chronic urticaria is the better choice. |
