略议温阳法在慢性前列腺炎治疗中的应用

目的：强调＂阳气亏损＂在慢性前列腺炎发病中的作用,＂温阳法＂在慢性前列腺炎治疗中的重要性。方法：通过对＂阳气的重要性＂、＂前列腺的脏腑、经络归属＂,还有＂阳气受损,导致慢性前列腺炎发生＂3方面的阐释,为＂温阳法＂治疗慢性前列腺炎提供理论基础;然后通过病案举例,来进一步加深对＂温阳法治疗慢性前列腺炎＂的认识,进一步明确作者观点。结果：临床应用＂温阳法＂治疗慢性前列腺炎,疗效较佳。结论：＂肾中阳气充盛＂对于维持前列腺的正常生理机能,至关重要。＂肾中阳气亏损＂是慢性前列腺炎发病的重要因素。运用＂温阳法＂治疗本病,为本病的治疗拓宽了思路。

Application of Wenyang Method in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

Objective：Chronic prostatitis is a common disease of andrology;its clinical treatment is quite difficult.The purposes of this paper are emphasizing the function of＂deficiency of yangqi＂in the happening of chronic prostatitis,and the importance of＂Wenyang method＂in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.＂ the yangqi chongsheng of shen＂is essential for maintaining normal physiological function of prostatitis.＂the yangqi deficiency of shen＂is the key factor of the happening of chronic prostatitis.Using＂Wenyang method＂as guideline,better efficacy can be reached in clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods：Through the expounding of＂the importance of yangqi＂,＂the zangfu and jingluo affiliation of prostatitis＂,and＂the happening of chronic prostatitis caused by the kuisun of yangqi＂,it provides theory foundation for using＂wenyang method＂to treat chronic prostatitis;then via examples of medical records to further deepen the understanding of＂using wenyang method to treat chronic prostatitis＂,and make the author＇s points more clear.Results：Using＂Wenyang method＂as guideline,better efficacy can be reached in clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis.Conclusions：＂the yangqi chongsheng of shen＂is essential for maintaining normal physiological function of prostatitis.＂the yangqi kuisun of shen＂is the key factor of the happening of chronic prostatitis.Using＂wenyang method＂as guideline,the thinking of treatment for this disease can be broadened.
