瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉全麻在烧伤手术中的疗效观察

目的：观察瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉全麻在烧伤手术中的疗效。方法：将我院2008年11月～2009年3月进行烧伤手术的44例患者随机分为两组,观察组（23例）采用瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉全麻,对照组（21例）采用芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉全麻。结果：观察组的意识恢复状态明显优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组的镇痛效果比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组均未见明显不良反应。结论：瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉全麻在烧伤手术中临床效果满意,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

Observation of the effect of Remifentanil and Propofol intravenous anesthesia in burn surgery

Objective： To explore the effect of Remifentanil and Propofol intravenous anesthesia in burn surgery.Methods： From November 2008 to March 2009 in our hospital,44 patients underwent burn operation were randomly divided into two groups,observation group（23 cases） was given Remifentanil and Propofol intravenous anesthesia,control group（21 cases） was given Fentanyl and Propofol intravenous anesthesia.Results： The state of consciousness to restore of the observation group was better than that of the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）;the analgesic effect of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;there was no significant adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion： Remifentanil and Propofol intravenous anesthesia in burn surgery has satisfactory curative effect and no significant adverse reactions,it is worth applying.
