| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）对涎腺肿块的鉴别诊断价值。材料和方法：依病理类型的不同，将55例涎腺肿瘤分为良性，低度恶性，高度恶性3组，对其CDFI资料进行回顾性对比分析，结果：良性和低度恶笥肿瘤的CDFI表现无显著性差异（P＞0．05），而高度恶性肿瘤的血流强度，分布以及PSV值均显著异于良性肿瘤（P＜0．05或P＜0．01），结论：CDFI对低度恶性肿瘤的诊断价值不大，但对高度恶性肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值。当PSV＞40cm/s时对恶性肿块的诊断具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of the CDFI in the differential diagnosis of salivary gland mass.Methods:According to pathology,55 cases of salivary gland mass were divided into three groups:benign tumor group,low grade malignant tumor group,high grade malignant tumor group,the CDFI data of which were studied retrospectively.Results:The CDFI manifestations were not significantly different (P>0.05)between the benign and the low grade malignant tumors,but the blood flow signals,blood flow patterns and PSV were markedly different(P<0.05 or P<0.01)between the high grade malignant tumors and the benign tumors.Conclusion:CDFI can help to diagnose the high grade malignant tumors of the salivary gland,especially when the PSV exceeds 40cm/s,but there is no value in the diagnosis the low grade malignant tumors. |
