| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲亢性心脏病的超声心动图特征。方法回顾性分析97例甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者超声检查资料,分析其超声心动图特征。结果其超声心动图主要表现为:房室扩大;左室壁厚度改变;心室收缩与舒张功能异常;瓣膜改变;心包积液、右室流出道增宽等异常改变。结论甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病超声心动图有异常改变,彩超有助于早期发现,为临床诊治提供依据。
