| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：治疗组48例采用安心汤配合西药治疗，对照组43例单用西药治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为95．83％，对照组仅为79．07％，两组总有效率比较，P〈0．05。结论：中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭能明显改善患者的心功能和生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on congestive cardiac failure treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method： 48 cases in the treatment group were treated by Anxin decoction and western medicine ,43 cases in the control group treated only by western medicine. Results： The total effective rate was 95.83c,4 in the treatment group and 79.07% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine could improve heart function and quality of life in cases with congestive cardiac failure. |
