针刺内关穴抗家兔心律失常作用的观察

目的探讨针刺对不同程度心律失常调节效力的差异。方法通过静脉注射50μg/kg（高剂量）和20μg／kg（低剂量）的盐酸肾上腺素造成家兔不同程度的心律失常，以心律失常的出现时间及持续时间为指标．观察针刺“内关”穴对不同程度心律失常的调整作用。结果针刺能对抗低剂量盐酸肾上腺素所致的心律失常，缩短心律失常持续时间，表现出较好的针刺效应；而对高剂量盐酸肾上腺素所致的心律失常无明显影响。结论针隶十效力与外加干预因素的强度有关。

Regulative Effect of Acupuncture on Arrhythmia of Model Rabbits

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture on rabbits＇ arrhythmia. Methods Models rabbits with different degree arrhythmia were made by intravenous injection of 50 μg/kg or 20 μg/kg adrenalin, the onset time and the duration time of arrhythmia was observed. Results The duration time of arrhythmia in high-dose group was longer than that in low-dose group. Acupuncture could adjust the arrhythmia and shorten the duration time of arrhythmia in low-dose group, but no obvious effect in high-dose group. Conclusion Acupuncture effect is related with the degree of abnormal state of human body, it has a certain limit.
