郑州市售蔬菜中稀土元素含量检测与分析

摘    要:目的 检测郑州市售蔬菜中稀土元素含量,研究蔬菜作物中钆、钇、钐、钕、钬、铈、铒、铕、铥、铽、镝、镥、镧、镨、镱等稀土元素的本底值,为食品安全风险评估提供数据支撑.方法 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定菜花、卷心菜、番茄、茄子、青椒、蒜薹、白菜、香菜、青菜、油麦菜、茼蒿、韭菜、胡萝卜、洋葱和黄瓜等15种蔬菜中稀土元素的含量.结果 郑州市售蔬菜作物中稀土元素总量除茼蒿、青菜、油麦菜、韭菜、胡萝卜外均在植物性食品中稀土限量指标(GB 2762-2005)范围内.结论 郑州市售蔬菜中稀土元素含量的总体污染较低,但茼蒿、青菜、油麦菜、韭菜、胡萝卜中稀土元素总量超出限量指标,尤其是钆、铈、镧的含量较高,值得关注.

Rare earth elements in vegetables from some markets in Zhengzhou
Abstract:Objective To investigate the rare earth elements (REEs) contents in vegetables from some markets in Zhengzhou,understand the background values of Gd,Y,Sm,Nd,Ho,Ce,Er,Eu,Tm,Tb,Dy,Lu,La,Pr,and Yb,and provide reference data for food safety risk monitoring.Methods The vegetable samples were collected from some markets in Zhengzhou,including cauliflower,cabbage,tomato,eggplant,green pepper,young garlic shoot,chinese cabbage,coriander,pakchoi,avena nuda vegetable,garland chrysanthemum,chive,carrot,onion,and cucumber.The contents of REEs in these vegetable samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry.Results The results were evaluated by comparison with the dose limit of REEs for vegetable food sanitary standard (GB 2762-2005).The detection results showed that the REEs levels in vegetables were lower than the sanitary standard,except for garland chrysanthemum,pakchoi,avena nuda vegetable,chive and carrot.Conclusions The results suggested that the residue levels of REEs in vegetables are acceptable,however,a few of vegetables Gd,Ce and La contents are higher than others,which should be paid close attention.
