输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石的效果分析

目的 探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床效果及意义.方法 选取2013年2月至2014年9月本院收治120例输尿管中下段结石患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL),观察组采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术(URSL),比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况及患者满意度.结果 观察组治疗有效例数和一次性成功碎石例数明显多于对照组,两组间各值比较有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05);观察组发热、肾绞痛、血尿及恶心、呕吐并发症发生率均低于对照组,两组间各值比较差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05);观察组患者满意度为95.00％,明显高于对照组(71.67％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).结论 输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石可提高碎石效果,具有较高治疗效果与安全性,值得在临床中推广应用.

Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi in middle and lower section

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi in middle and lower section.Methods 120 patients with middle and lower ureteral calculi treated at our hospital from February,2013 to September,2014 were selected and randomly divide into an observation group and a control group.The control group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and the observation group ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy (URSL).The treatment effect,the incidence of complications,and the patients' satisfaction degree were compared between these two groups.Results The More patients got effective treatment and successful gravel in one time in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The incidences of fever,renal colic,hematuria,and nausea and vomiting were lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The patients' satisfaction degree was 95.00％ in the observation group and was 71.67％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi in middle and lower section is effective and safe and worth being clinically gengeralized.
