针刺结合康复治疗中风偏瘫临床体会

目的 总结针刺结合康复治疗中风偏瘫的临床效果.方法 随机选取中风偏瘫患者29例作对照组,仅给予针刺治疗;另选取29例作研究组,给予针刺结合康复训练治疗,对比两组患者采用不同治疗方案治疗该疾病的效果.结果 研究组患者治疗后的QOL评分为(53.7±4.2)、Fugl-Meyer评分为(62.46±5.18);对照组患者治疗后的QOL评分为(41.9±5.2)、Fugl-Meyer评分为(54.21±3.09);两组患者采用不同治疗方案治疗后QOL评分、Fugl-Meyer评分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针刺结合康复训练用于中风偏瘫治疗中效果显著,可改善患者肢体活动能力.

Clinical experience of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia

Objective To summarize the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia.Methods 29 cases of stroke hemiplegia were randomly selected as control group,receiving acupuncture treatment;29 cases of stroke hemiplegia were randomly selected as study group,receiving acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training treatment.Compared the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups.Results QOL score,Fugl-Meyer score in study group after treatment were (53.7±4.2),(62.46±5.18),those in control group were (41.9±5.2),(54.21±3.09),with stat istically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has significant treatment effect for stroke hemiplegia,can improve the ability of limb movement of patients.
