桃红四物汤加减辅助手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果观察分析

摘    要:目的 观察分析桃红四物汤加减辅助手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果.方法 以2014年6月至2015年6月在本院进行手术治疗的100例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,其中50例患者在常规治疗及手术治疗的基础上加用桃红四物汤加减治疗,记为治疗组;另外50例患者仅采用常规治疗及手术治疗,记为对照组.通过观察比较两组患者术后7、14 d膝关节疼痛值、肿胀和术后100d膝关节AKS评分,分析桃红四物汤加减的临床疗效.结果 两组术后7、14 d膝关节疼痛值、肿胀情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组术后100 d膝关节AKS评分比较,治疗组优良率74%,对照组66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 桃红四物汤加减辅助手术治疗胫骨平台骨折,临床效果显著,术后患者愈合快.

Taohong Siwu decoction combined with operation for tibial plateau fractures
Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with operation for tibial plateau fractures.Methods 100 patients with tibial plateau fractures operatively treated at our hospital from June,2014 to June,2015 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,50 cases for each group.Both groups were conventionally and operatively treated;in addition,the treatment group were treated with the Taohong Siwu decoction.The knee-joint pain and swelling 7 and 14 days after the operation and the knee-joint AKS score 100 days after the operation were observed and compared between these two groups.The clinical curative effect of Taohong Siwu decoction was analyzed.Results 7 and 14 days after the operation,there were statistical differences in the knee-joint pain and swelling between these two groups (P<0.05).The comparison in knee-joint AKS score 100 days after the operation between these two group showed that the good-and-excellent rate was 74% in the treatment group and 66% in the control group,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusions Taohong Siwu decoction combined with operation for tibial plateau fractures is significantly effective and can promote the patients' post-operative recovery.
