多元化培养模式在机动护士培训中的应用

目的 探讨多元化培训模式在机动护士培训中的应用效果.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2014年1月至2015年12月我院机动护士库中机动护士140名,其中2014年的70名为对照组,2015年的70名为观察组,对照组进行常规培训,观察组采用多元化培训模式.培训结束后评价机动护士的核心能力,护士、医师、患者及家属三方的满意度.结果 观察组机动护士经过多元化培训后基础理论、专科护理技能成绩明显提高,患者及家属对机动护士护理工作的满意度达100％,医生、护士认为培训后机动护士的工作综合能力显著提高,提高率达100％,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 对机动护士进行多元化培训模式,能有效地提高机动护士的核心能力,提高护士、医师、患者及家属三方对机动护士工作的满意度.

Application of diversified training mode in the training of domestic nurses

Objective To investigate the application effect of diversified training mode in the training of domestic nurses.Methods 140 domestic nurses who worked in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were chosen with convenience sampling method,70 nurses in 2014 as control group and another 70 nurses in 2015 as observation group.Control group accepted normal training,while observation group accepted diversified training mode.After the training,these domestic nurses were assessed in terms of core abilities and satisfaction among nurses,doctors,and patients and their families.Results After the diversified training,the grade of basic theory and specialist nursing skills of domestic nurses in observation group obviously improved,and the satisfaction of patients and their families reached to 100％,doctors and nurses considered that these domestic nurses improved their comprehensive working ability significantly (100％),with statistically significant differences compared to control group (P＜0.01).Conclusion Diversified training mode for domestic nurses can improve domestic nurses' core abilities,and satisfaction of nurses,doctors,and patients on domestic nurses.
