下呼吸道感染婴幼儿雾化吸入不规范的影响因素及对策研究

摘    要:目的 探讨下呼吸道感染婴幼儿雾化吸入治疗不规范的影响因素及防护对策.方法 选择2015年1月至8月在某三甲医院儿科住院治疗的下呼吸道感染患儿532例进行调查分析,通过对患儿雾化吸入治疗过程进行观察,对不规范雾化吸入治疗的患儿家长进行访谈,了解其影响因素.结果 426例下呼吸道感染患儿不规范完成雾化吸入,占80.1%.不规范雾化吸入的表现为:不遵从执行时间(51.5%)、不规范使用雾化器(20.9%)、不了解雾化体位(43.6%)、不了解雾化时间(66.2%)、不执行雾化药物不良反应的护理(80.1%).结论 临床护理人员应加强患儿雾化吸入的规范化管理,对患儿家属实施有效的健康教育及雾化全过程护理是提高患儿雾化吸入治疗规范的关键.

Factors of non-standard atomization inhalation in children with lower respiratory tract infection
Abstract:Objective To explore the factors and measures of non-standard atomization inhalation in children with low respiratory tract infection.Methods 532 cases of lower respiratory tract infection hospitalized into our hospital from January to August,2015 were investigated and their hospitalization status were analyzed.The process of atomization inhalation were observed.The parents who did non-standard aerosol inhalation were interviewed to understand the influencing factors.Results 426 children (80.1%)with lower respiratory tract infection had irregular atomization inhalation.Irregular atomizing inhalation included non-compliance execution time (51.5%),irregular use of nebulizer (20.9%),wrong position of atomization (43.6%),wrong atomization time (66.2%),and atomization adverse drug reactions of nursing (80.1%).Conclusions The infants with respiratory tract infection have poor compliance in regular atomization inhalation.We should cope with atomization inhalation for standardized management.Strengthening health education effectively to families and the whole nursing process are critical specification for improving regular atomization inhalation in children.
